Question 1: What fabric are your swimsuits made from?

Our women’s swimwear is crafted from high-quality, 4-way stretch nylon/spandex fabrics. Every piece is designed to feel buttery soft, hug the body just right, and accentuate your curves with a flattering, snug fit. Have a question about a specific fabric or style? Question 2: How long do orders typically take to fulfill?

Wholesale Orders:
Once your order is placed, we begin the production process. Because all wholesale suits are made to order, please allow up to 4–5 weeks for processing and production.

Retail Orders:
Ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.

Question 3: After I’ve placed my order, can I cancel it? Can I return or exchange my order?

You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it. SEW HONEY offers a 12-day exchange policy for full-price items, with exchanges needing to be initiated within 12 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds—eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags attached. Items with makeup, deodorant, or tanning marks will not be accepted. 

All discounted, sale, clearance, or promo code items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us, as well as shipping fees for the replacement item. Sew Honey is not responsible for return shipping fees or for lost/delayed return shipments. Second exchanges are considered final sale. Once your returned item(s) are received, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with tracking for your new shipment. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for any returns.

Question 4: How does sizing work?

Our women's size chart follows standard U.S. sizing. We strongly recommend checking our size guide before placing your order to ensure you’re selecting the correct size at checkout.

Question 6: How do I take care of my swimwear?

To keep your swimwear looking its best, we recommend the following care instructions:

  • Hand wash separately in cold, soapy water after contact with chlorine or saltwater

  • Lay flat to dry in the shade (avoid direct sunlight)

  • Avoid prolonged contact with sunscreens, oils, and chlorine—overexposure without proper washing can damage the fabric

  • Avoid contact with rough surfaces to prevent snagging

  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry

  • Do not wring, soak, or bleach

  • Do not iron or dry clean

  • Do not wash with other clothing—brighter and darker colors may bleed or transfer when wet

Proper care helps extend the life of your suit and keeps it looking fresh wear after wear

Question 7: How do I know when my order will arrive? Can I track it?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey straight to your door.
