Exchange & Return Policy

Sew Honey offers a 12-day exchange policy for full-price items. Exchanges must be initiated within 12 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds—eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Items with makeup, deodorant, or tanning marks will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us, as well as shipping fees for the replacement item. Sew Honey is not responsible for return shipping costs or for lost or delayed return shipments. Second exchanges are final sale. Once your return is received, we’ll send a confirmation email along with tracking information for your new shipment. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.

All discounted, sale, clearance, or promo code items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
